Step #4: Search Engines

Now that your website is launched on the Internet, visitors need to find it. Web Vortex will ensure your domain name, keywords and website description are ready for your website to be found by major search engines. When prospects are looking for what you provide, your website may rank highly on the search engine query lists after they type in keywords describing the content on your website.

For as low as $30 - $50 per month ($30 or $50 per hour rate) Web Vortex provides clients with monthly search engine optimization to make sure the website keywords and description will rank your website as highly as the search engines will allow according to their ranking criteria. Clients who have not purchased a website from Web Vortex may have this work done for as low as $60 - $100 per month ($30 or $50 per hour rate x 2 hour minimum). There is no long term contract required. Payment month by month is acceptable. During months when no search engine work is required Web Vortex will not charge you for that month.

The $30 hourly rate includes placing client provided keywords and webpage descriptions on your website and listing your website address on Internet directories to raise your rank. The $50 hourly rate includes choosing the most effective keywords from your website copy and other highly ranked websites in your profession or industry, writing webpage descriptions and/or webpage copy to increase keyword matching with website content (known as keyword saturation and relevancy on search engines).

Web Vortex will take the following into consideration before preparing your website for search engine ranking:

• Your search engine optimization budget
• How search engines will rank your web pages
• Use of HTML meta tags
• Buying your way into search engines: paid placement and pay-per-click.
• Measuring keyword and link popularity
• How major search engines regionalize
• SpiderSpotting: When a search engine, robot or crawler visits your website.

Problem: Due to the highly competitive search engine rankings of websites it is difficult to guarantee a high ranking in the top 10 - 30 (pages 1 - 3) for most keywords or keyword phrases. Tens of thousands of websites exist on the Internet for every keyword and most keyword phrases. As a result of this Internet reality a more effective way of being noticed on the search engines may be required for some keywords or keyword phrases.

Solution: Pay-Per-Click search engine ads that target your desired audience and lead them to your website for a small fee paid to the search engine every time a visitor goes to your website. Web Vortex will set-up ads for $30 each and make changes to the ad title, description, keywords or cost per click on entire ad or each keyword for as low as $30 per month when needed. We won't charge you for any month we don't make changes after ad set-up. We charge a $30 account set-up fee for those with only one ad. For only $60 total we can get you to the starting line.
