​The completed website needs to reside on an Internet server called a host. When a visitor types your website domain name into the browser, the visitor can then find it like your office's street address. A Web Vortex hosting account gives you the features your website needs for $10 (brochureware/static) or $20 to $60 (e-commerce or Take Control of My Website) per month. $5 if only need e-mail service ($5 per 10 mailboxes). Unlike cheap hosting companies we provide routine maintenance for occasional updating of your website text content at no extra charge at the $10 to $20 (brochureware/static) and $20 to $60 (e-commerce or Take Control of My Website) price levels. Updates requiring HTML coding or image editing will be billable at the $50/hour rate. All hosting plans include the following:

  • Software support includes PHP 4, Perl Version: 5.x, CGI, TCL, ASP, SSI, Microsoft SQL Server, Crontab, mySQL, CDONTS, ODBC (Win 2000 only), ASPMail 4.0, Microsoft.Net, AspEmail v4.4.0.2, Dundas Pie Chart, Dundas Upload and Dundas Mailer.
